Job Title: Customer Sales Specialist (CSS) – Grade L0
Reports To: Zonal Head

Job Type: Field Sales- Door to Door

Nature of the Job:
The Customer Sales Specialist (CSS) will be responsible for promoting and selling company
products through door-to-door knocking and field sales activities. The role includes lead generation,
product demonstrations at customer residences, closing sales, and ensuring high customer
satisfaction.

This opportunity is suitable for both freshers and experienced candidates who are energetic, target-driven, and interested in building a long-term career in sales.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead generation through door-to-door knocking and field prospecting.
  • Product demonstrations at customer residences.
  • Building strong customer relationships.
  • Explaining product features, benefits, and pricing clearly.
  • Handling digital leads from online platforms and call centres.
  • Achieving assigned monthly sales targets.
  • Ensuring customer satisfaction and service quality.
  • Customer ID creation, documentation, and order collection.
  • Participation in BTL activities like canopy activations, society programs, exhibitions, and trade
    shows.

Educational Qualification & Experience:
Qualification: 10th pass/12th Pass / Graduate / Diploma / ITI
Experience: Freshers welcome; 6 months sales experience preferred.

Age Criteria:

Minimum Age- 18 Years; Maximum Age- 32 Years

Duty Hours: 8 to 9 hours per day (Field-based role)

Employment Type & Payroll:
Off-Roll Job. Payroll and statutory compliance will be handled by Quess Corp.

Salary Structure (State-wise):
West Bengal: 12,770 per month (Fixed – NTH)
Odisha: 12,200 per month (Fixed – NTH)

Incentives & Earnings:
Fixed Incentive: 7,500 after completion of monthly target.

Variable Incentive: 5% of overall revenue beyond target.

Additional Commission: 10% commission per product value on each additional product sold, over and above fixed salary and incentives.

High performers can earn significantly more through incentives and commission.

Product training, sales skills, behavioral and customer handling training will be provided.
