Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and maintain accurate financial statements and reports.
- Conduct internal audits and ensure compliance with statutory requirements.
- Manage taxation processes, including return filing, tax planning, GST, TDS, and Income Tax compliance.
- Oversee accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and general ledger functions.
- Prepare budgets, forecasts, and variance analyses to support business decisions.
- Coordinate with auditors, banks, and regulatory authorities.
- Provide financial advice and risk management strategies to management.
- Monitor cash flow, investments, and overall financial performance.
- Implement strong financial controls and ensure adherence to accounting standards.
Requirements
- Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with valid certification.
- 0–3 years of relevant experience in accounting, auditing, or taxation (corporate experience preferred).
- Strong knowledge of Indian Accounting Standards, Companies Act, Income Tax Act, GST, and other compliance frameworks.
- Proficiency in accounting software (Tally, SAP, QuickBooks, or ERP systems).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently as well as in a team.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in financial modeling and cost optimization.
- Knowledge of international taxation and transfer pricing.
- Strong communication and presentation abilities.
