Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Finance & Accounts (F&A) to drive the financial health and strategic direction of our organization. As a key member of the executive leadership team, the Head of F&A will oversee all aspects of financial management, including strategy, planning, operations, reporting, compliance, and risk management. This role requires a strong understanding of industrial operations within a manufacturing environment, along with deep financial expertise to support long-term business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Financial Strategy & Planning
- Define and execute the organization’s financial strategy, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives and growth roadmap.
- Conduct financial analysis, forecasting, and scenario planning to support executive decision-making.
- Lead budgeting, financial planning, and forecasting processes.
Financial Operations & Reporting
- Oversee day-to-day financial operations including accounting, treasury, taxation, and statutory compliance as per UAE laws.
- Ensure the accuracy, transparency, and timeliness of financial statements and reports.
- Manage cash flow, working capital, OPEX, and CAPEX effectively.
- Establish and maintain robust internal controls, processes, and policies.
Risk Management & Compliance
- Identify, assess, and mitigate financial risks (market, credit, operational).
- Ensure compliance with all financial, tax, and regulatory requirements.
- Liaise with auditors, regulators, and external stakeholders.
Investor Relations & Capital Management
- Build and manage strong relationships with investors, lenders, and financial institutions.
- Lead capital allocation strategies, including fundraising, mergers, and acquisitions.
- Present financial performance and strategic direction to investors and the board.
Leadership & Collaboration
- Lead, mentor, and inspire the finance team to achieve excellence and foster professional development.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance operational efficiency and support growth initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Mathematics, Economics or Engineering. A Chartered Accountant is highly preferred.
- Minimum of 03+ years of experience in senior financial leadership roles, with at least 5 years as hardcore Finance functional expertise.
Working Conditions
