About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and dedicated professional with proven experience in telesales, team leadership, and customer support. In this role, you will be responsible for leading pre-sales activities, guiding and mentoring telesales teams, and ensuring the highest quality of service delivery for both national and international clients.

This position requires strong communication skills in English, Hindi, and Bengali, a smart and professional personality with a corporate outlook, and the ability to effectively manage client interactions through calls, emails, and meetings.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor a telesales team to drive subscriptions and deliver quality sales services.
  • Monitor team performance and implement strategies to achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
  • Handle client correspondence via email and calls; attend meetings when required.
  • Follow up regularly with leads and clients to ensure successful conversions.
  • Provide voice-based customer support to international clients, including Amazon customers.
  • Collaborate with sales leadership to implement effective pre-sales processes.
  • Maintain professionalism, discipline, and quality in all customer interactions.
  • Support ongoing team development and manage performance metrics and reviews.
