Overview:
The Seva Executive will be responsible for coordinating, managing, and facilitating seva (service) activities within the organization. This role focuses on engaging volunteers, ensuring the effective execution of service programs, maintaining proper records, and fostering a culture of service and community welfare. The Seva Executive will serve as a vital link between the organization, volunteers, and beneficiaries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, organize, and implement seva/service programs and activities.
- Coordinate with volunteers, staff, and community members to ensure smooth execution.
- Maintain accurate records of seva activities, beneficiaries, and volunteer participation.
- Monitor program progress and impact, preparing regular reports for management.
- Build and sustain relationships with stakeholders, including NGOs, community groups, and partner organizations.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Graduate in any discipline (Social Work, Management, or related fields preferred).
- Prior experience in community service, volunteer management, or the NGO sector is an added advantage.
- Strong organizational and coordination skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to collaborate with diverse groups of people.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic reporting tools.
- Service-oriented mindset with empathy, patience, and commitment to community welfare.
