Role Overview:
The Support Engineer role is focused on handling ServiceNow tickets and resolving relatively simple tasks, connected to L2 support level.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and manage data ingestion processes into Data Warehouses
- Troubleshoot, resolve requests, and manage IT support tickets effectively
- Report disruptions, signal deviations, and resolve issues related to functionality, reliability, and performance
- Ensure smooth operations and maintain data accuracy across BI platforms
- Perform basic platform and user administration tasks
- Test and implement new platform functionalities to improve system capabilities
- Maintain data quality standards and validation processes
- Work with Azure Data Factory for pipeline creation and maintenance
- Collaborate effectively with colleagues and business users
- Explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders
- Manage tickets using ServiceNow at a basic level
