Role Overview:
The Support Engineer role is focused on handling ServiceNow tickets and resolving relatively simple tasks, connected to L2 support level.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and manage data ingestion processes into Data Warehouses
  • Troubleshoot, resolve requests, and manage IT support tickets effectively
  • Report disruptions, signal deviations, and resolve issues related to functionality, reliability, and performance
  • Ensure smooth operations and maintain data accuracy across BI platforms
  • Perform basic platform and user administration tasks
  • Test and implement new platform functionalities to improve system capabilities
  • Maintain data quality standards and validation processes
  • Work with Azure Data Factory for pipeline creation and maintenance
  • Collaborate effectively with colleagues and business users
  • Explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders
  • Manage tickets using ServiceNow at a basic level
