Location: Kolkata

We are seeking an experienced Facility Head to lead Operations & Maintenance (O&M) and Facility Management across multiple locations. This role focuses on delivering efficient, high-quality services while driving operational excellence, client satisfaction, and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end facility operations, including infrastructure, housekeeping, warehouses, and manpower
• Ensure service quality through SOPs, SLAs, and performance monitoring
• Manage procurement, logistics, and inventory across sites
• Build strong client relationships and support business growth
• Oversee budgeting, cost control, and financial performance
• Lead and develop teams while ensuring compliance with EHS standards
• Drive performance tracking, reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives

Requirements:

• 18–20 years of experience in Facility Management, O&M, and large multi-location projects
• B.E./B.Tech (Electrical/Mechanical/Civil/Energy); MBA preferred
• Strong leadership, project management, and stakeholder management skills
• Experience in infrastructure projects, estate management, and regulatory compliance
