About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and performance-driven Recruitment Team Leader to lead high-volume blue-collar hiring operations across multiple business locations. The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership abilities, expertise in volume recruitment, and the capability to build and manage robust talent pipelines while ensuring hiring targets are achieved.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, mentor, and manage a recruitment team of 60–100 associates.
  • Drive end-to-end blue-collar recruitment for multiple locations.
  • Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines through job portals, social media, employee referrals, recruitment vendors, and other sourcing channels.
  • Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly recruitment targets and ensure timely closures.
  • Coordinate with business and operations teams to understand workforce requirements and hiring priorities.
  • Conduct candidate screening, interviews, selection, and onboarding coordination.
  • Manage recruitment vendors and external hiring partners effectively.
  • Ensure compliance with recruitment processes, documentation, and basic labor laws.
  • Prepare recruitment MIS, hiring reports, and performance dashboards.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in blue-collar or high-volume recruitment.
  • Proven experience in leading recruitment teams and achieving hiring targets.
  • Strong sourcing network and expertise in multiple recruitment channels.
  • Hands-on experience with job portals, recruitment vendors, and workforce planning.
  • Good understanding of HR compliance, labor laws, and recruitment operations.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, coordination, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment.
