About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Digital Marketing Head to lead our digital marketing initiatives. If you’re passionate about driving online growth through data-driven strategies and have expertise in performance marketing, SEO, Meta Ads, and Google Ads, we’d love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads.
  • Develop and implement high-performing performance marketing strategies to maximize ROI.
  • Execute on-page, off-page, and technical SEO initiatives to improve organic visibility.
  • Monitor website and campaign performance using Google Analytics (GA4) and Google Tag Manager.
  • Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and identify new growth opportunities.
  • Analyze campaign performance, generate reports, and provide actionable insights.
  • Manage digital marketing budgets and optimize advertising spend.
  • Collaborate with creative and content teams to develop impactful marketing campaigns.
  • Stay up to date with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.

What We’re Looking For

  • 3–4 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing.
  • Strong expertise in:
    • Meta Ads Manager
    • Google Ads
    • Performance Marketing
    • SEO
    • Google Analytics (GA4)
    • Google Tag Manager
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns and deliver measurable results.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Google Ads and Meta Certifications are preferred and will be considered an added advantage.
