Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Head of E-commerce to drive online sales and digital growth across D2C platforms and marketplaces. This role will own the end-to-end e-commerce business, including strategy, performance marketing, operations, and customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
E-commerce Strategy & P&L
- Define and execute e-commerce growth strategy aligned with business goals
- Drive revenue across D2C website and marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra)
- Identify new channels, partnerships, and growth opportunities
- Own and manage e-commerce P&L
Website & Marketplace Management
- Optimize website performance, UX/UI, and conversion rates (mobile-first)
- Manage marketplace listings, pricing, promotions, and performance
Digital Marketing & Growth
- Lead performance marketing (Google, Meta, SEO, affiliates)
- Drive customer acquisition, retention, and lifetime value
- Plan campaigns for launches and seasonal sales
Merchandising & Operations
- Plan product assortment and ensure optimal inventory levels
- Oversee order fulfillment, logistics, returns, and customer service
- Improve delivery timelines and overall customer experience
Data & Team Leadership
- Track and optimize key metrics (traffic, conversion, CAC, AOV, ROAS)
- Build and lead high-performing e-commerce teams
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, and supply chain
Requirements:
- 8–15 years of e-commerce experience, preferably in footwear/fashion/lifestyle
- Proven track record of scaling online sales and managing marketplaces
- Strong expertise in digital marketing, analytics, and e-commerce platforms
- Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills
