Job Summary

We are hiring Data Entry Operators / Back Office Executives to support banking and data processing operations. This is an excellent opportunity for freshers to start their careers in a professional environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform data entry, document processing, and data cropping tasks
• Support back-office and banking operations
• Maintain accuracy and productivity as per project guidelines
• Execute tasks assigned by supervisors

Eligibility Criteria:

• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate / Undergraduate
• Age: 19 years and above
• Freshers can apply
• Basic computer knowledge required
• Must be able to read Bengali or Assamese (Basic English required)

Salary & Benefits:

• ₹9,000 – ₹12,000 per month (based on interview performance)
• ₹75 per night shift allowance

Shift Details:

• 9 hours duty + 1 hour break
• 6 working days per week
• Rotational weekly off (no fixed weekends)
