Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated Sales Engineer to drive B2B sales by identifying new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and achieving sales targets in the electrical segment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research and client outreach
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Prepare quotations, negotiate deals, and close sales
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Maintain sales reports and update management on performance
  • Participate in exhibitions, trade shows, and industry events
  • Conduct client visits for business development and follow-ups
  • Collaborate with internal teams and share customer feedback

Requirements:

  • Graduate or B.Tech in Electrical Engineering
  • 1–2 years of experience in B2B sales
  • Basic knowledge of electrical products
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Target-driven with willingness to travel locally
