About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and knowledgeable Equity Adviser to join our growing team. This role is ideal for professionals with hands-on experience in Equity Cash and Derivatives (F&O) trading, along with a strong ability to build and manage client relationships. You will play a key role in delivering market insights, executing trades, and offering diversified wealth solutions to clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide advisory support in Equity Cash and Derivatives (F&O) trading
• Execute trades efficiently using platforms such as ODIN / NEAT
• Share market insights, trading strategies, and timely updates with clients
• Build, manage, and nurture strong client relationships
• Ensure compliance with regulatory norms and internal policies
• Maintain accurate documentation and follow operational procedures
• Identify and drive cross-selling opportunities across wealth products, including insurance, mutual funds, and demat accounts

Eligibility Criteria

• Mandatory: Valid NISM Series VIII – Derivatives Certification
• Strong understanding of Equity Cash and F&O markets
• Hands-on experience with trading terminals like ODIN / NEAT
• Knowledge of compliance, risk management, and regulatory frameworks
• Excellent communication skills with a professional and client-focused approach
• Strong relationship management and advisory capabilities
