Roles & Responsibilities

• Deliver classroom lectures and practical training to Optometry students.
• Conduct clinical demonstrations and supervise patient examination sessions.
• Guide students in academic projects, internships, and clinical postings.
• Prepare teaching materials, assignments, presentations, and assessments.
• Participate in research activities, seminars, workshops, and departmental initiatives.
• Support academic administration and accreditation-related activities.

Eligibility Criteria

• Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree in Optometry from a recognized institution.
• Minimum 3 years of teaching and/or clinical experience in Optometry.
• Strong knowledge in areas such as Refraction, Contact Lens, Binocular Vision, Low Vision, Pediatric Optometry, and Ocular Diseases.
• Good communication, presentation, and mentoring skills.

• Hands-on experience with clinical and diagnostic instruments.
