About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and driven Recruitment Team Leader to lead our blue-collar hiring operations across multiple locations in Kolkata. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in high-volume recruitment, strong team leadership skills, and the ability to build and manage effective hiring pipelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and manage a recruitment team of 60–100 associates.
• Drive end-to-end blue-collar recruitment for multiple business locations.
• Develop and maintain a robust candidate pipeline through various sourcing channels.
• Leverage job portals, professional networks, employee referrals, recruitment agencies, and other sourcing methods to ensure timely hiring.
• Monitor recruitment targets and ensure achievement of hiring goals.
• Collaborate with operations and business teams to understand workforce requirements and manpower planning.
• Conduct candidate screening, interviews, assessments, and onboarding coordination.
• Ensure compliance with recruitment processes, labor laws, and company policies.
• Track recruitment performance metrics and prepare regular hiring reports.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in blue-collar, bulk, or volume hiring.
• Proven experience in recruitment team management and operations.
• Strong sourcing, networking, and talent acquisition capabilities.
• Experience working with job portals, recruitment vendors, and staffing agencies.
• Good understanding of HR processes, workforce management, and basic labor compliance.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and leadership skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
