Job Summary
We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Café Executives to join our team. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in café or food & beverage operations, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist customers with a friendly and professional attitude.
- Take customer orders accurately and ensure prompt service.
- Prepare and serve beverages and food items as per quality standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the café, workstations, and dining area.
- Handle billing, cash, and POS transactions efficiently.
- Ensure proper stock handling and report inventory requirements.
- Follow food safety, hygiene, and company operating procedures.
- Work collaboratively with the team to deliver an excellent customer experience.
Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a café, restaurant, QSR, or food & beverage establishment.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Basic knowledge of café operations and food hygiene practices.
- Ability to work in rotational shifts within café operating hours (8:00 AM – 11:00 PM).
- Positive attitude, team player, and willingness to learn.
