Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and customer-focused Café Manager to oversee the daily operations of our café. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, a passion for hospitality, and the ability to deliver exceptional customer experiences while ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the overall operations of the café to ensure efficient and smooth functioning.
• Supervise, train, and motivate café staff to maintain high service standards.
• Ensure excellent customer service and promptly resolve customer concerns.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate stock replenishment.
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety standards.
• Handle billing, cash management, and daily sales reporting.
• Plan staff schedules and ensure adequate manpower during operational hours.
• Drive sales through excellent service and team performance.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and operational procedures.

Eligibility Criteria

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Café Manager, Restaurant Manager, or in a similar supervisory role within the hospitality or food & beverage industry.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
• Basic knowledge of inventory management, billing, and café operations.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle operational responsibilities efficiently.
