About the Role

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Store Executives to join our retail team at Avani Mall, Kolkata. If you enjoy interacting with customers, maintaining store operations, and working in a fast-paced retail environment, this opportunity is for you.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer service and assist customers with product selection.
• Maintain store cleanliness, visual merchandising, and product displays.
• Monitor stock availability and support inventory management.
• Receive, organize, and replenish stock as required.
• Assist with billing and accurately handle cash, card, and digital payments.
• Support daily store operations and collaborate with team members to achieve sales and operational goals.

Eligibility

• Minimum Qualification: Higher Secondary (12th Pass) or Graduate.
• Freshers are welcome to apply.
• Previous experience in retail, customer service, or store operations is an added advantage.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-focused with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Comfortable working flexible shifts, weekends, and holidays.
