About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and customer-oriented Jewellery Sales Executive to join our retail showroom. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in jewellery sales, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service while achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist customers in selecting gold, diamond, silver, and other jewellery products.
- Provide a premium shopping experience by understanding customer requirements and recommending suitable products.
- Achieve individual and showroom sales targets.
- Explain product features, pricing, making charges, and ongoing offers.
- Handle customer queries and provide effective after-sales support.
- Maintain showroom cleanliness, visual merchandising, and product displays.
- Ensure the safe handling and security of jewellery items.
- Coordinate with the billing team for smooth and accurate transactions.
- Support inventory management, stock verification, and replenishment activities.
- Stay updated with the latest jewellery collections and market trends.
Eligibility
- Minimum 2 years of experience in jewellery retail sales (Mandatory).
- Male candidates only.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Strong sales, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
- Ability to work in a target-driven retail environment.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with POS/billing systems is an added advantage.
- Well-groomed, professional, and customer-focused personality.
