Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic Business Head to drive brand strategy, product innovation, and multi-channel sales growth. This role will be responsible for building a strong market presence, managing P&L, and delivering sustainable business growth across retail, e-commerce, B2B, and export channels.
Key Responsibilities:
Brand Strategy & Marketing
- Define brand positioning, target audience, and long-term growth strategy
- Drive brand awareness, salience (TOMA), and customer engagement
- Manage marketing budgets (A&M) and track ROI, CAC, and brand performance metrics
- Analyze consumer insights, market trends, and competitor activity
Product & Innovation
- Collaborate with R&D and supply chain for new product development (NPD) and enhancements
- Drive product roadmap, feature adoption, and customer retention strategies
Sales & Business Development
- Lead multi-channel sales (General Trade, Modern Trade, E-commerce, B2B & Exports)
- Identify, onboard, and manage key partners and accounts
- Drive revenue growth through effective sales planning and execution
- Monitor secondary sales, inventory movement, and product performance
- Forecast sales, manage pipeline, and identify new business opportunities
Operations & Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Resolve pricing, sales conflicts, and operational challenges
- Work closely with marketing for campaigns, promotions, and brand initiatives
- Support product launches and go-to-market strategies across channels
Key Metrics:
- Market share growth (volume & value)
- Customer acquisition cost (CAC) and ROI
- Brand awareness and sentiment (NPS)
- Sales growth and channel performance
Requirements:
- Proven experience in business leadership, sales, and marketing
- Strong understanding of multi-channel distribution and brand management
- Excellent leadership, analytical, and stakeholder management skills
