Job Overview

We are hiring a motivated and market-savvy Equity Adviser with expertise in Equity Cash and Derivatives (F&O) trading. The role involves client advisory, trade execution, portfolio handling, and cross-selling financial products.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide advisory support in Equity Cash & F&O trading
• Execute trades using ODIN / NEAT platforms
• Share market insights and trading strategies with clients
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines
• Cross-sell mutual funds, insurance, demat accounts, and other financial products
• Maintain proper documentation and operational processes

Eligibility Criteria

• Valid NISM Series VIII – Derivatives Certification (Mandatory)
• 1–3 years of experience in Equity & F&O markets
• Knowledge of ODIN / NEAT trading platforms
• Strong communication and client management skills
• Understanding of compliance and risk management
