Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated Sales Engineer to drive B2B sales by identifying new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and achieving sales targets in the electrical segment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research and client outreach
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Prepare quotations, negotiate deals, and close sales
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Maintain sales reports and update management on performance
- Participate in exhibitions, trade shows, and industry events
- Conduct client visits for business development and follow-ups
- Collaborate with internal teams and share customer feedback
Requirements:
- Graduate or B.Tech in Electrical Engineering
- 1–2 years of experience in B2B sales
- Basic knowledge of electrical products
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Target-driven with willingness to travel locally
