Position Title: Metal Printer
Department: Production / Printing

Role Overview:
The Metal Printer is responsible for operating and maintaining metal sheet printing machines used
in the tin can manufacturing process. This role ensures accurate, high-quality printing on tinplate
sheets as per customer specifications while maintaining efficiency, safety, and production
standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate offset metal printing machines (e.g., CRABTREE, MAILANDER) for tinplate sheets used
  in can making.
• Prepare printing plates, inks, rollers, and tinplate sheets according to job specifications.
• Monitor print quality (registration, color matching, ink density, and image clarity) and make
  necessary adjustments.
• Perform routine maintenance, cleaning, and troubleshooting of printing machinery.
• Ensure compliance with production schedules, minimizing downtime and waste.
• Maintain accurate records of production output, ink usage, and quality checks.
• Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Collaborate with quality control and production teams to ensure customer requirements are met.
• Assist in training junior operators or helpers when required.
  Qualifications & Skills:
• Education: Diploma / ITI / Technical certification in Printing Technology or related field.
• Experience: 2–5 years of experience as a Metal Printer / Offset Printer, preferably in tin can or
  packaging industry.
• Technical Knowledge:
• Familiarity with offset printing process on tinplate.
• Knowledge of inks, coatings, varnishes, and curing processes.
• Understanding of color matching and print quality standards.
• Skills:
• Mechanical aptitude for machine adjustments.
• Strong attention to detail and quality.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Basic computer literacy for machine settings and reporting.

The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in ACH and Wire transfers, along with experience in one or more of RTP, FedNow, and card payment networks. You will work closely with engineering and business teams to drive product strategy, roadmap execution, and customer adoption.

Key Responsibilities:

·    Define and execute the product strategy and roadmap for the Payments Hub, ensuring alignment with customer needs and regulatory requirements.

·    Lead end-to-end product development lifecycle, from ideation to deployment, with a strong focus on scalability, security, and real-time processing.

·    Develop detailed functional specifications for ACH, Wire, RTP, FedNow, and card payments, ensuring seamless integration across financial institutions and payment networks.

·    Collaborate with engineering teams to design APIs, workflows, and transaction processing rules that meet compliance and operational requirements.

·    Ensure adherence to Nacha, Fed, and card network standards

·    Define and monitor key performance metrics (transaction success rates, processing speeds, fraud detection, etc.) to continuously improve the platform.

·    Drive partnerships and integrations with payment networks, core banking providers, and fintech partners.

Qualifications:

·    10+ years of experience in payments product management, preferably in a financial institution, fintech, or payment processor.

·    Deep expertise in ACH and Wire payments (Nacha rules, FedWire operations etc.).

·    Experience with one or more of RTP, FedNow, and card issuing / processing

·    Strong understanding of payment network integrations, ISO 20022 messaging, and API-based payment processing.

·    Knowledge of regulatory requirements, risk management, and fraud detection in payments.
